As a former boxer who understands the challenges of being a fighter, both inside and outside the ring, and as a promoter who learned from the ground up the business side of boxing, I believe that I bring a unique perspective and a unique connection to the sport. I have been on both sides of the negotiating table, which gives me a wide perspective on the workings of the sport and also the mindsets of its players. My goal has always been to use my years of experience to help the fighters and to bring entertainment to the fans – to bring them fights that will make them love the sport as I do .

Why Us...

Talent Development:

We work to build and optimize talent both inside and outside the ring. Signing Claressa Shields at the start of her professional career and helping her grow into an all-time great fighter with unequaled accomplishments inside the ring and a charismatic leader with star quality outside of it. Recognizing the talent and promise in little known fighters such as heavyweights Jarrell Miller, Jermaine Franklin and junior welterweight Shohjahon Ergashev, and providing them the opportunities to achieve their true potential.

Inclusive, not Exclusive:

In a sport whose divisions and politics too often deprive fans of the biggest and best fights, Salita Promotions has demonstrated the ability to work with every promoter in the industry on a consistent basis, including Top Rank, Matchroom, DiBella Entertainment, Kings Promotions and more. Our fighters have appeared on DAZN, ESPN, Showtime, HBO and more.

Strategic Partnerships:

We have strategic partnerships with promoters around the world to discover talent and grow the sport world-wide, including Y12 Boxing (France), Universum (Germany), Shamo Boxing (Russia) and LPMG Global (Nigeria).

Grassroots:

We believe that boxing and boxers must be built from the ground up. Building boxers in a consistent way on the local level to develop both their skills and their fan base is vital to the health and longevity of the sport. It allows fans to have a personal relationship with the fighters and the fighters to have a personal relationship with the fans. Salita Promotions' Detroit Brawl series, which has been held at special venues throughout the city, has served as a development platform for world champions and world class fighters like Heavyweight Champion Andy Ruiz , three-weight champion Claressa Shields, top contenders Otto Wallin, Vladimir Shishkin and Shohjahon Ergashev, and more.

Community

We believe it is important for our fighters to participate in initiatives that help the local community, and through our events, Salita Promotions has supported the Forgotten Harvest and Wounded Warriors programs. These initiatives serve to further connect the boxers to their community and to promote the sport of boxing in a positive way.
